2nd VICINITY Workshop

Last November 29th was the 2nd Vicinity Workshop – Roadmap for its Implementation at the SolarLab in Martim Longo, with the presence of some technicians from the Alcoutim City Hall, the School and the Home for the elderly of Martim Longo.
